Mediterranea's April 25

80 years after the Liberation, on April 25 we will be together to remember yesterday's Resistance, discuss today's Resistance and build tomorrow's Resistance.

Thousands of people are imprisoned in Libya and when they try to escape they are intercepted and deported by the so-called Libyan coast guard, financed by the European Union and its member states, Italy in the lead. In Tunisia, the Saied regime, also with European support, intercepts and deports thousands of people into the desert. And human rights violations are an established practice along all the other borders of Fortress Europe.

All over the world, millions of people experiencing war on a daily basis, whose victims are not those who unleash it for power games that ignore the price of death and destruction that civilians must pay.

From the Central Mediterranean to Palestine, via Ukraine and the Italian borders, we want to oppose a world based on violence, oppression and the violation of human rights, opposing in practice the values of peace, solidarity and justice.
